Requirements
- Achieved Level 4 for Residential Childcare or a qualification that the registered provider considers to be equivalent.
- Achieved or willing/ able to work towards level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare; or a qualification that the registered provider considers to be equivalent.
- Proven experience with the opening and management Children's homes.
- Knowledge and experience working with Ofsted to achieve 'Good' or above.
- Sound and Strong understanding of safeguarding practices, principles, and legislation.
- Success working with teams to effectively communicate, lead, and develop environments for children.
- Experience of working with therapeutic models is desirable
